The ASUS ROG Aura Terminal is marketed as a RGB synchronization device which will syncronize RGB lighting on your monitor to the on screen action. The terminal also gives you the ability to add RGB lighting controlled by the Aura Sync Software. Game/Video syncronization is managed by the Halo Software.

My experience with this device was positive, it's comparable in functionality to the NZXT hue2 Hub and the Corsair LS100. I found that this was less reliable getting set up in the ASUS Aura Sync and Halo software. I found that I am not a huge fan of the Aura Sync software and it's ecosystem.

Once setup however, it functions as expected and produced decent results. There are less preset lighting sequences when compared to Corsair.
